In January 2025, we introduced exciting updates to Tripcart, including Upcoming Tours, Authorize.net integration, group size customization, and more. These enhancements are now live and ready to make your travel planning smoother and more enjoyable.
Let’s dive into what’s new!
Upcoming Tours
We’re introducing the Upcoming Tours feature to make tour management more efficient for operators and agencies. This new tool provides a clear overview of tours scheduled for:
- Today
- This Week
- The Next 15 Days
- This Month

With this, you can stay organized, allocate resources effectively, coordinate your team, and ensure your tours run smoothly.
How to Access:
Navigate to the Booking tab in the sidebar and select Upcoming Tours. Use date filters or a date range picker to view specific schedules.
New Payment Gateway Option: Authorize.Net
Along with all the existing payment gateway options, we’ve added Authorize.Net to Tripcart in this update. Authorize.Net is a popular and secure payment gateway that allows credit card payments on the go.

Additional Notes on Checkout Page
This update introduces a new feature that allows customers to add notes on the checkout page. Customers can now provide specific preferences, instructions, requests, and more while booking.

Coupon Management
You can now create coupon codes for your tours in Tripcart v1.0.7. Use this feature to offer discounts and attract more bookings.

What You Can Do:
- Set the discount amount.
- Choose which tours the coupon applies to.
- Exclude specific tours from the coupon.
- Add start and expiry dates.
- Set a minimum booking amount.
- Limit how many times the coupon can be used.
Set Prices Based on Group Size
The new Group Size feature lets you set different prices based on group sizes for each tour. This helps you offer flexible pricing to meet your customers’ needs.
What You Can Do:
- Create multiple group sizes with specific prices for each tour.
- Offer unique pricing based on the group size your customers select.
Important Note: You can enable either Group Discount or Group Size for a tour, but not both.

How to Enable:
- Go to Apps and select Tools in the sidebar.
- Turn on Group Size.
- Then, edit an existing tour or create a new one in the Tour section.
- In the Price settings, enable Group Discount and then choose Group Size.
- Create your group sizes and set the corresponding prices.
How it Appears on the Website:
The group sizes you set will be displayed as clickable filters on the Tour Listing Page. When clicked, they will show prices based on the selected group size.

Invite Users To Multiple Workspaces (Agency)
Do you manage multiple agencies with Tripcart? Now, you can invite the same user to work across all your workspaces.
How It Works:
- Go to Account Settings.
- Click on Team Member.
- Add the user to any workspace you want.
Show Booked Seats to Build Anticipation
The number of seats booked for specific tours and dates is now visually displayed on your website. This feature creates urgency and motivates customers to book early.

CSS Support with Unique Class Names
For those who use custom CSS, every page now includes unique class names for its elements. This gives you greater control over your website’s design and branding.
Conclusion
We are eager to help your travel business succeed with these new improvements to Tripcart. We hope these changes will make it easier for you to create amazing travel experiences.
Thank you! Stay tuned for more updates in the future.
