What’s New in Tripcart?

New Payment Gateway: Getnet

If you are a tour operator or agency located in Chile, we’ve got good news for you. We are introducing a new payment gateway to Tripcart, Getnet.

This payment gateway supports debit, credit, and prepaid cards, as well as POS payments, making it easy for you to receive global payments.

New Feature: Checkout Form Editor

Customize exactly what customers see during checkout with the new Checkout Form Editor.

The drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to add, remove, or reorder fields and gives you full control over the experience without any coding.

Improvement: Stripe Payments Now More Reliable

We’ve upgraded Stripe on Tripcart. It now supports iDEAL and SEPA Direct Debit for Euro payments, catering to your European guests.

For US-based bookings, you can now accept Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, and even direct bank transfers. No extra setups, just more flexibility for your customers and more bookings for you.

Improvement: Cleaner Design for Miscellaneous Settings

The Miscellaneous tour settings tab now features a clean, tabular layout that’s easier to navigate and quicker to update.

It’s a small change that makes a big difference in how efficiently you manage your tours.

Himalayan Bank Payment Issue Fixed

Guests can now pay with their Himalayan Bank card without any problems. We’ve fixed the credentials issue that was causing card payments to be declined.
