What’s New in Tripcart?
1. Improved Speed of Tour Listing Page
We’ve improved the speed of the tour listing page by implementing smart caching techniques.
Now, your visitors can enjoy faster browsing and smoother performance, even during high-traffic periods.
This will help you reduce bounce rates and keep your visitors engaged.
2. Custom Payment and Invoice
We’ve made it easier for you to set custom payments for private tour bookings.

You can set pricing per person or for the group, then generate custom payment links to share a detailed price breakdown with clients for a hassle-free payment experience.
This feature gives you the flexibility to tailor pricing to different customer needs while providing invoices for full transparency.
How to Use:
- From your Tripcart dashboard, find and select Custom Payment.
- Select Add New and specify travel details for individuals or groups and pricing rules.
- Generate a custom payment link and share it with your client.
3. HBL Payment Integration
We’ve also added support for Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL).

If you’re a travel agency based in Nepal, you can accept payments from international clients without conversion hassles and enjoy faster payouts.
How to Use:
- From your Tripcart dashboard, expand Apps > Payment Gateways.
- Toggle on, then click Configure next to Himalayan Bank.
- Enter your details and Save Credentials.
4. Xendit Payment Integration
We’ve added support for Xendit, a trusted payment gateway in Southeast Asia.

This integration will help you perform faster transactions in countries like Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
How to Use:
- From your Tripcart dashboard, expand Apps > Payment Gateways.
- Toggle on, then click Configure next to Xendit.
- Enter your details and Save Credentials.
5. Expanded Payment Currencies
We’ve introduced 40+ new currencies for Tripcart this month.
This update makes it easier for you to handle payments from international clients without the hassle of currency conversion.
How to Use:
- Go to Tour Settings > Currency.
- Select the drop-down under Select Currency to choose from 40+ newly added currencies.
- Save changes – your prices will now be displayed accordingly!
6. WhatsApp Integration
Your clients can now reach you directly via WhatsApp through the tour detail page.

This feature will help you bridge communication gaps and increase your chances of securing more bookings.
7. Customer Login Portal with Payment Options
We’ve designed a login portal for your customers to view, manage and pay for their bookings.

This self-service feature reduces manual work for your agency while giving customers the convenience of managing their own bookings.
8. Multiple Tour Gallery Designs
We’ve added 6 new gallery layout options on the tour detail page.

These designs help you showcase scenic destinations and captivate potential travelers with more engaging visuals.
How to Use:
- Expand Website Settings > Customization.
- Choose a Tour Banner.
9. Fixed Activity Tour Checkout Feature
We’ve made the checkout process easier by asking customers to enter the number of travelers first.

This way, they can check availability before picking a date, eliminating back-and-forth date changes to create a smoother booking experience.
10. Fixed Google Reviews Not Loading
We’ve resolved the issue preventing Google reviews from loading on your tour detail pages.
Now, you can build credibility with authentic customer reviews and boost conversions with positive testimonials.
11. Better Reviews Management
We’ve enhanced our reviews feature to give you more control and flexibility over how reviews are displayed on your site. Previously, the same reviews were shown for all tours, but now you have much more customization.

What’s new:
- Reviews are now stored in your dashboard
- Option to hide low-rated reviews
- View total reviews and average rating at a glance
- Easily search and assign reviews to different tours
- Embed all reviews on a dedicated page
Additionally, you can now choose which reviews to showcase for each tour, giving you full control over your site’s social proof.

This update helps build trust with authentic user feedback, encouraging potential customers to book with confidence.
12. Set Due Payment Deadlines for Agencies
We’ve added a new feature that lets you define due payment deadlines for your customers.
This ensures smoother transactions, reduces late payments, and helps you stay organized and efficient.

You can also automate follow-ups through email reminders so you never miss a payment deadline.
How to Use:
- Go to Tour Settings > Deposit Payment.
- Add Due Payment Reminder and your Checkout Message.
- Enable/disable Deposit Payment for Late Bookings.
In addition to this, you can also customize the due payment reminder email from Email Notifications settings.
13. Smarter Search by Tour, Destination & Activity
We’ve added a search feature on the tours listing page. This allows your customers to easily search tours.
The search feature searches the typed words in tour title, destination and activity for faster and more accurate results.
This improvement enhances the user experience, helping customers find their perfect trip quickly and increasing your booking conversions.
14. One-Click Social Sharing for Tours
We’ve made it easy for your customers to share tours on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more from the tour detail page.

This feature boosts visibility, encourages word-of-mouth marketing, and drives more traffic to your website.
15. Bulk Redirects with CSV Upload
We have improved our redirection features to support multiple redirections at once. You can import multiple redirects at once instead of setting them up manually by uploading the CSV file.
This saves time, reduces errors, and ensures consistency – perfect for site migrations, restructuring, or fixing broken links.

This tool will help you save a lot of time you’d otherwise be spending entering your redirection links manually.
How to Enable
- Go to Apps > Tools.
- Toggle on Redirection and click on Configure.
- Select Import in Bulk to upload your CSV file.
16. SEO Controls for More Pages
We’ve expanded SEO controls to include the Tour Listing Page, Account Page, and Blog Listing Page.
With custom SEO titles, descriptions, and indexing options, you can boost organic traffic and optimize how your pages appear in search results and on social media.

How to Enable
- Go to Website Settings > SEO.
- Configure SEO settings for Tour Listing, Account Page, and Blog Listing.
17. Customizable Cookie Banner
We’ve introduced a customizable cookie consent banner to help you stay GDPR-compliant. You can use it to inform your customers about cookie usage.

This not only ensures legal compliance but also builds trust by promoting transparency.
18. Custom Booking Links for Individual Tours
We’ve added custom booking links for individual tours, letting you redirect customers to external systems while keeping tour details visible.

This feature is exclusive to the Scale and Accelerate tiers, giving you more flexibility in managing bookings.
